House clearance is just one of the we offer, and quite recently we were faced with the task of removing a whole heap of items from a house in South Yorkshire. The job took us to Thorne near Doncaster to clear out a bungalow loft that had accumulated various different belongings over a long period of time.
Upon the sale of the property, the owners required the loft to be cleared in preparation of the new occupants moving in. We received quite a shock when we found around 20 years of possessions gathered in the attic space. Luckily, there were plenty of boards laid down for walking on; we were dreading having to tip toe around on those narrow beams!
Everything was moved out without a fuss and disposed of in the appropriate way. We recycled all items that we possibly could, and things like books and clothing were donated to Oxfam in Sheffield. Here is a before and after shot of the loft:
